Kafalian Cloud Solutions needed a professional website to establish credibility in the cloud consulting market. The challenge was designing for non-technical business owners who don’t understand cloud technology but need to make infrastructure decisions. The existing webpage failed to communicate complex technical services as clear business value and lacked automated client engagement tools.
The design needed to educate visitors about cloud computing, clearly present service offerings, and include an integrated appointment booking system eliminating unprofessional manual scheduling. The solution had to balance approachability for small business owners with the sophistication expected from a senior engineer with 20+ years of experience, while seamlessly converting visitors into consultation bookings
